Danny Explodes is the second pilot of the Adult Swim version of Happy Appy, it was sent to Adult Swim along with all the episodes of the first season, the pilot failed but Adult Swim posted the episodes on their twitter, except for the pilots, the post has however been removed for unknown reasons.
Happy Appy is also different in this pilot, rather being clay, he is a 3D red apple with red arms, eyes, a straight green mouth, and a stick supporting him.
Plot[]
It begins with Happy walking somewhere, once he arrives at his destination, he can be seen working on something, after some time, he can be seen holding an atomic bomb, he then says "This right here kids is an atomic bomb, and today, you are going to see one in action", it then cuts to Danny, who is hand drawn rather than a 3D model, he starts to say on how much Happy Appy sucks, and even says that whoever likes Happy Appy sucks. After Danny constantly brags on how much Happy Appy sucks, Happy Appy screams "Shut Up" and an explosion is seen, but the atomic bomb isn't.
Errors[]
- There are no credits in this pilot.
- While Happy is seen working on the atomic bomb, the background is a dark wood texture.
- Danny in the original Happy Appy wouldn't say anything like that.
Trivia[]
- This pilot was creaeted in 2014, along with all the other episodes.
- This is the first episode to be written by Jackson Mersen.
Freddrick has claimed that a another version of this pilot existed, but it just fixed the wood texture error and the no atomic bomb error, it is also good to note that this was the one sent to Adult Swim.
