Plot[]
It begins with Happy in his burnt house with a creepy corpse and he says "Hello kids! Today, your friend Happy's house burned down so i'm buying a condo." Then we see him bringing his surviving stuff to his van and he drives away in the van. He is seen driving to an apartment. The manager of the apartment is the cousin of Derry Berry.

- The apartment building is actually a abandoned gigantic hotel renovated to look like one. The same thing happened with Happy's Hotel but with an apartment.
