Plot
The episode begins with Happy Appy taking a kid into his van. For half of the episode, flesh cutting could be heard, and so could loud screaming, which turned into gurgles. As the scene progressed, blood splatters on the windows began to appear. Then he licks an arm like a popsicle, or some other type of ice cream treat. Eventually, Happy emerged from the van, and did a death smile until the end of the show.
Trivia
- After this episode, Happy Appy decided that the title "Happy Fixes Kids" was too counter-intuitive. "Why can't we just call them 'Happy Kills Kids?'," he said in a meeting in 1999. "Just be clear about the whole thing. Even I admit that in these episodes I don't fix them. How does 'Killing' translate into 'Fixing' with you guys?" This quote indicated that by this point in the show, Happy Appy was still able to use some of his brain power, but was past the point of insanity.
